Payment Options

There's more than one route you can take to pay your Windjammer Cable bill.

Take your choice from these options:

  • Check or Money Order - Windjammer Cable will accept your personal check, sent U.S. Mail or brought to one of our payment locations by the date printed on your statement. Please don't include any messages in your envelope; either send those separately or call 888-495-2881 to talk to one of our representatives.

  • Cash - If you want to pay cash, please come to one of our payment locations. Do not send cash through the mail. If it goes astray, you have no way to trace it.
  • Credit Card - Stop by a payment location if you wish to pay by credit card.
  • Online Bill Payment - MyCare Portal is our online bill payment system. Once you're registered, you can view and pay your bill online. It's easy! Find out more.
  • Pay by Phone - Call into our customer service dept and pay their bill over the phone with a professional customer service agent for a $5 fee.
  • Pay in Advance - You can pay a full year - 12 months - in advance and get your 13th month of service for free.
  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) - Windjammer Cable can automatically debit your checking account for the amount of your bill. Call Windjammer Cable at 888-495-2881 to learn how to do this. Please Note:Initial recurring payment set-up can take up to two billing cycles to become effective. Please continue to review your monthly statements to verify the recurring payment was applied to your account.
  • Automatic Credit Card Charge - Charge your bill automatically to your Visa, MasterCard or American Express card, or just make one time for your installation and first monthly payment. Learn more by calling us at 888-495-2881.

Online Bill Payment

Windjammer Cable Auto Pay
It’s quick…it’s convenient…it’s secure!

For an added bonus you will be able to save time, save on postage and save trees with paperless e-bills!

1. Register your account with MyCarePortal.

2. Confirm your identity on the next screen by reentering your account number, entering the service zip code (where you receive your internet or cable), and clicking NEXT

3. On the next screen, read “Terms and Conditions,” click “I Agree, and click “Continue.”

4. On the next screen, you will be prompted to choose a type of bill. Click inside the Radio button that says, “Do not send me a paper statement.” Finish the registration process by choosing a password and a challenge question and by clicking “Submit” at the bottom of the screen. You can now Log in!
