Installation & Wiring

When digital installations are scheduled, Windjammer installers will meet you at your home to connect service and install any equipment required at no charge.

If you are hooking up a new TV, VCR, DVD or other home entertainment device to your existing digital service, you may request that a Windjammer installer hook it up for you.

You may also choose to hook up the equipment yourself. We've provided wiring diagrams and instructions to use with your new equipment manuals to help.

*Not all services available in all areas. To receive all services, Digital Cable, remote and lease of a Digital set-top box are required. Some services are not available to CableCARD customers. HD DVR is an optional service available for an incremental charge.  Lease of an HD DVR set-top box is required. HDTV set required for HD service.  Incremental charge applies for HD Premium tier and Movies On Demand or Pay Per View service. All services may not be available in all areas.
