Payment Options

There's more than one route you can take to pay your Windjammer bill.

Take your choice from these options:

  • Check or money order - Windjammer will accept your personal check, sent U.S. Mail or brought to one of our payment locations by the date printed on your statement. Please don't include any messages in your envelope; either send those separately or call 888-495-2881 to talk to one of our representatives. Send to:

  • Cash - If you want to pay cash, please come to one of our payment locations. Do not send cash through the mail. If it goes astray, you have no way to trace it.
  • Credit card - Stop by a payment location if you wish to pay by credit card.
  • Online Bill Payment - MyCare Portal is our online bill payment system. Once you're registered, you can view and pay your bill online. It's easy! Find out more.
  • Pay in advance - You can pay a full year - 12 months - in advance and get your 13th month of service for free.
  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) - Windjammer can automatically debit your checking account for the amount of your bill. Call Windjammer at 888-495-2881 to learn how to do this.
  • Automatic credit card charge - Charge your bill automatically to your Visa, MasterCard or American Express card, or just make one time for your installation and first monthly payment. Learn more by calling us at 888-495-2881.
