Register your account with MyCarePortal. Go to www.mycareportal.com.
Confirm your identity on the next screen by reentering your account number, entering the service zip code (where you receive your internet or cable), and clicking NEXT

On the next screen, read “Terms and Conditions,” click “I Agree, and click “Continue.”
On the next screen, you will be prompted to choose a type of bill. Click inside the Radio button that says, “Do not send me a paper statement.” Finish the registration process by choosing a password and a challenge question and by clicking “Submit” at the bottom of the screen. You can now Log in!
