TV programming will be briefly interrupted on Wed., Nov 9 at 1 PM (Central Time) for the first ever national Emergency Alert System (EAS) test. The test is being conducted by FEMA and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). It will last approximately 30 seconds and will be seen on all stations across the country.
